Spring Season Information
Registration for the 2026 Spring soccer season will be opening soon! Please look for more information in the coming months.
The Spring season typically runs from February-May with midweek practices usually beginning in mid/late February and weekend games generally beginning in early March. Divisions 9U-19U will participate in Area play, with games located throughout South Orange County. Our 5U-8U divisions will play other teams in Mission Viejo only, similar to the Fall program.
To register, please log into your account at www.AYSO84.org.
The number of players in each division for the Spring program will depend on the number of qualified coaches, the number of players that registered, as well as field availability. 9U-14U Divisions ONLY - Season Format
The Spring season is split into two parts - a seeding round and a medal round.
The first part of the season consists of seeding rounds. These seeding games are used to rank teams into various flights in order to ensure teams are playing against similarly skilled teams during the medal round.
The medal round games will be played within your team's flight - based on the record/results of each teams' seeding games.
March: Seeding Games
April - May: Medal Games
Teams placing in first and second place within their flights may be eligible to receive medals at the end of the season.
Postseason Tournaments
Eligible teams have the opportunity to play in various postseason tournaments. These tournaments are voluntary and are at an additional cost to each team. Note that only teams who have completed the required number of referee points during the Spring season are eligible for any postseason tournament.
