Coaching Requirements
Overview
All Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches must complete the following training before the season starts:
- SafeSport
- AYSO's Safe Haven
- CDC Concussion Awareness
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness
Coaches must complete the exact age-specific course for the division they coach. Higher-level certifications do not override this requirement.

Every coach must be certified for the exact division they’re coaching. Certifications from higher levels do not substitute for younger age groups.
