Player Registration Cancellation
Please fill out the Player Registration Cancellation Form ASAP to notify the Region of your desire to cancel your player’s registration. We try our best to balance teams, and the sooner we know of cancellations, the better we can try to re-balance that team.
Once we receive the cancellation form, a Registrar will process the player's cancellation, which is final and irreversible. If plans change, you can potentially re-register your player at whatever rate the division fee is at that time, and subject to availability within the division.
We really appreciate your help in letting us know of your situation as soon as possible. Please email the Registrar for your child's division (see below) with any questions.
Refund/Credit Policy
The dates by which refunds and credits are available are based on when you complete the Player Registration Cancellation Form.
If you cancel a player's registration within the timeframe listed below, the refund will typically be credited to the card you used during registration (or via check). Credits will appear in your Region 84 account and can be used for future seasons. Family cap discounts are factored into any refund or credit.
Fall Season Rec/Core Program
Registration Division Fee:
– Refunded if cancelled before 7/1
– Credited to account if cancelled between 7/1 and 8/15
– No refund or credit after 8/15
Spring Season Rec/Core Program
Registration Division Fee:
– Refunded if cancelled before 1/1
– Credited to account if cancelled between 1/1 and 2/15
– No refund or credit after 2/15
Extra Play Program (Any Season)
Due to customized uniforms, gear, and tryout-based team placement, there are typically no refunds or credits given when Extra Play players cancel their registration.
All Seasons / Programs
$25 AYSO Annual National Player Fee and $2.75 Transaction Fee: No cancellation refund or credit
