About the Fall Core Program
The Fall Core Program is available for U4-U19 players. During the fall season AYSO Region 84 services over 2,000 players on 200 teams. Hosting this many players and teams requires a lot of volunteers. Each team has a registered volunteer coach who is age appropriate certified. Teams participate in a season of weekly games held on the weekends, as well as practices during the week. AYSO programs are run by volunteers - we welcome and encourage you to volunteer in some capacity for your child's team.
The number of players chosen in each division will depend on the number of qualified coaches available for spring, as well as field availability. Please note that placement on a team is not guaranteed, but you will be refunded your registration fees if your player is not able to be placed on a team.
Key Dates for the 2025 Fall Program
The 2025 Fall program began practices near **Labor Day**, with first games that Saturday.
- Our **4U - 8U** divisions played games through mid-November.
- **9U and above** regular season games were played until the end of October. Eligible teams then competed in our playoffs taking place over the following two weeks.

Volunteer with AYSO!
AYSO is a 100% volunteer organization. During the Fall season, AYSO Region 84 has approximately 2,000 players on 200 teams. Hosting this many players and teams requires a lot of volunteers. Each team has a registered volunteer coach who is age appropriate certified. Teams participate in a season of weekly games held on the weekends, as well as practices during the week for most divisions. We welcome and encourage you to volunteer in some capacity for your child's team. If you are interested in volunteering to be a coach or referee for your child’s team, AYSO will provide all necessary training. No prior experience necessary.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER AS A COACH AT THE END OF THE PLAYER REGISTRATION PROCESS; VOLUNTEER REFEREE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN AT THE END OF MAY (we will send out an email when the referee registration is open).
Program Fees & Discounts
All division fees (except for Playground, see below) are $200/player and there will also be the annual $25/player AYSO national player fee in the Fall (you only pay that once a year starting in the Fall regardless of whether you also play additional seasons like Winter and Spring seasons). All players in the Fall season will receive a uniform (shirt, shorts, socks) and a ball.
The Playground division (children born in 2022) is $100/player plus the $25/player national player fee.
There is a Multi-Child Discount for families with three or more players playing in the fall if you register by June 30 ($75 discount for the 3rd player, $100 discount for the 4th player, and $150 discount for the 5th player and more), which is NOT inclusive of the $25/player national player fee will be charged on top of that.

Cancellation Refund Policy:
The $25 AYSO Annual National Player Fee is non-refundable, but you will not have to pay it again if you play in Spring 2026. The $3.00 credit card transaction fee is also non-refundable.

If a family cap was applied to the Division Fees for your players, any cancellation refund or credit was reduced to the extent the family cap would no longer apply or apply differently.
