AYSO registration is based on the child's birth year.
The effective date of age determination for registration is the player's age as of December 31. The assigned division is applicable for all seasons in the membership year. For example, the divisions listed below apply to all seasons in MY2025, including Fall 2025, Winter 2026, and Spring 2026.
Individuals who reach nineteen years of age by December 31 of the Membership year are not eligible to participate.
Players who turn three years of age between January 1 and December 31 are eligible for AYSO Playground Soccer (4U). This program is offered only in the fall season.
