Registration for Wait List

All 5 registration dates have passed.  Region 84 will now be accepting late player registrations on a “Wait List” basis.  Players will be placed on a team if and when there is an open roster position, meaning there is not a guarantee of placement.We do our best to try to place as many players from the wait list as we can, but as you can understand there is much to do to begin the season and we need to know the numbers for each of our divisions.  At this time, we are getting permits for fields, ordering uniforms, obtaining coaches, conducting training and will be drafting and placing players soon. In order to be placed on our wait list, player information MUST be entered at www.eayso.org

You need to submit:
       1. One (1) “Printed” and “Signed” pre-registration form from www.eayso.org.
       2. A check for $125 per player (Payable to AYSO Region 84) - a separate check must be written for each player as we may be able to place one and not the other
       3. A printed and signed copy of the Region 84’s 'Zero Tolerance Agreement'.

       4. Provide a copy of child's birth certificate if new to Region 84.

These 4 items are mandatory.  If all 4 items are not received, your child will not be eligible to be placed on a team until all requirements are met.  Please mail or personally deliver to:

DO NOT DISTURB the household with questions.  There is a box in the front marked SOCCER.  Please drop the forms and payment in the box.  Players will be placed on a first come, first serve basis,so the sooner you turn in all three items together, the better the chance your player will have of being placed on a team.

Players will be placed on a team if and when there is an open roster position.  Any other special requests we cannot guarantee will be granted -- meaning we will not be able to grant requests for players to play with a specific coach or player due to car pool reasons etc.  We may not even be able to honor sibling play with requests as we are filling rosters on a need basis only.  When a position is available, we will contact you via email to let you know.  We will not deposit your registration check until the player is officially placed on a team.  Please make sure that the player form has a current email address and phone number on it.  If a player is not placed on a team by the second week of the season, your player registration form and check will be returned to you.
