Late Registration Information

Fall 2008 Soccer

Region 84 is thrilled to announce four more registration dates for those of you that missed Saturday’s Early Registration.  Please bring one copy of your player form and two copies of your volunteer form with you.  We will not have computers or forms available.  You must bring your forms with you.  Registration will be $110 per player and if this is your first time playing for Region 84, you will also need to bring a copy of your birth certificate.  Hope to see you there.

You must pre-register on-line at http://www.eayso.org.  Please follow the instructions, print, sign, and bring this form with you to registration.  If you are having difficulty printing, please make sure your pop-ups are disables.  This form is mandatory and will enable your child to play in the fall season.  Also, please complete through eayso and bring two copies of your volunteer form with you.

IF YOU ARE RECEIVING AN ERROR WHEN LOGGING INTO EAYSO, PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR POP-UPS MUST BE DISABLED FOR THE SITE. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR PASSWORD IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN IT.

Key Points to Registration:

  • You must Pre-Register (on-line) through eayso before attending a registration event. There will not be access to any computers, copiers or forms. You must pre-register and bring them with you.
  • You must bring one (1) copy of each player Pre-Registration form and two (2) copies of each Volunteer Registration form to the registration day.
  • Birth Certificates are required for all FIRST-TIME Region 84 players.
